The history of the company

Created in 1976, our office, with a quick evolution and the arrival of an associate formed by Coopers & Lybrand, became a member of Coopers as Lybrand International in 1977.
From the year 2000, the activities of audit and expertise were represented by two distinct entities:

S.E.L.A.R.L PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit Calédonie

Grace on one hand, with the quality of the rendered services and multidisciplinarity of its activities, PwC envisaged a regular progression and an excellent notoriety. As a result of which this design of our various trades (expertise, audit, juridique, judiciaire et social) knew its apogee in Europe in the years 1980 and 1990, had to adapt itself to the new legal and statutory constraints (Law Sarbannes Oxley and law on financial safety).

Growth took wings eventually and it seemed to us that the specialization of the trades as well as the increase in their respective technical requirements did not make it possible any more to the associates to jointly carry on the activities of the audit and the expertise council under optimal conditions.

Catering to all the constraints and to give the means of a perennial development of the two cabinets, it appeared necessary for us to separate the activities completely and to specialize the associates.

Thus in July 2003, the S.A.R.L.PricewaterhouseCoopers Expertise became the company of expertise council FIDEC NC S.A.R.L.The excellence of the relations between the associates led to a strong engagement:

The PricewaterhouseCoopers company would be devoted to the trades of audit and Audit Office.

– The cabinet FIDEC NC would be devoted exclusively to the only trades of the expertise council.

Since July 1st, 2008, Fidec NC split into 2 entities: Fidec NC SARL and SOCIAL Fidec NC. The creation of this subsidiary specialized in labor law, is managed by Martial Nicolo and allows to answer at best the particular skills of this sector.
